I want to see the whole world. I want to experience live music in the greatest ways. I want to learn more languages than French and English. I want to grow up and be a journalist in a big city, or maybe do something totally 100% different than that (though I'm not sure what). Most of all I want to be spontaneous and meet incredible people in incredible places!

One thing that I've noted on my vacations, or in my year living abroad, is that the coolest experiences happen with the locals. I love that this website is a big community of people that feel the same way!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love meeting locals! And I don't like paying for hotels. But, more than that, I remember first hearing about Couchsurfing when I was around 16 years old. I've thought it was a great idea since, and now that I can travel wherever I want, I want to do it the way I've always thought would be the most meaningful and make for a really memorable trip.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Maybe getting to sing at a dinner for former President Bill Clinton and multiple foreign leaders and ambassadors. Being at the very front of Bonnaroo Main Stage for Paul McCartney in 2013 was also absolutely breathtaking.
