I'm one-half of WanderWOD, a CrossFit blog in which my girlfriend Alexa and I roam the country with the goal of visiting gyms in all fifty states. An Ohio kid and graduate of THE Lake Erie College (enrollment: 1,300).

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

I ran from the waters of Lake Michigan to the beginning of Sleeping Bear Dunes, Michigan with a backpack on up and down thick sand dunes. The hardest physical challenge I've ever taken on and certainly one of the most humbling moments of my life.
