Hi, my name is Zach and I am currently traveling around the world for a while. First I want to spend a few months in Spain, and who knows where to next?

Originally I am from South Carolina, United States. I went to university for a year and studied economics but got bored and felt I was wasting my time because I didn't really know what I wanted to study. So in order to find what I am passionate in, I decided traveling is the best way to learn!

My three favorite things to do are read, write, and think. I believe if you aren't a deep thinker, you are missing an entire part of life.

I am on couch surfing because when I travel, I don't think I can really experience a new place by staying in a hotel. It is very important that you meet native people so you can experience a place authentically. It can be lonely traveling solo if you don't meet tons of great people along the way.

Músicas, Filmes e Livros

Music - I don't listen to a lot of music, but when I do I like rock and classical. Some of my favorite artists are Bob Dylan, Pink Floyd, Boston, Rolling Stones, and Jimi Hendrix

Movies - I don't watch a lot of movies either because I am a huge fan of documentaries instead!

Books - Reading is why I don't listen to music of watch movies much... I read and write all the time. My favorite books are philosophical by people like Henry David Thoreau, Ralph Waldo Emerson, Walt Whitman, and many greek philosophers. But I also like classic American novels and almost any kind of intriguing non fictional book on a popular topic. For fiction, I love Kurt Vonnegut

I realized I hadn't really done anything truly amazing during my life, so that is why I started traveling!

The most amazing things I have done is start two business and then close them because I felt I wasn't doing anything important.
