I'm a friendly and open-minded student who loves to travel, be outdoors, and learn new things. I'm a senior at UC Davis in aerospace engineering and am getting my private pilots license in my free time. I'm an avid backpacker and love to be out in nature as much as I can. I'm big into snowboarding, surfing, rock climbing , kayaking and anything that gets the pulse pumping! I'm also a huge aviation geek and will talk about planes and space with anyone that wants to indulge.

I think this is a great way to meet similar-minded people and get to experience traveling in a different way when you can share it with an experienced local. I love meeting new people and learning about their culture/passions.

I backpacked around Iceland for a month with two friends and made some of the best memories of my life.

I can teach wilderness survival, applied aircraft aerodynamics, how to fly a plane, or how to properly enjoy a chilled beer.
