I am an intellectual guy with a spiritual side. I guess I'm kind of a hippie at heart. I love the outdoors, sitting around a bonfire, looking up at the stars. I'm a cook, and I love what I do and love being able to appreciate good food with good company.

I love to travel, and I know my favorite parts of my hometown have always been the off-the-beaten-path kind of places. I like meeting new people who might be able to show me their town while I'm traveling.

Music, Movies, and Books

Listen to classic rock, reggae, hip hop, punk, folk, even some electronic.
I like V for Vendetta, the Star Wars saga, Fight Club, Comic Book movies, but I'm a fan of everything from mainstream comedy, action, and dramas to low budget independent films.
My favorite book is The Giver. I've read it half a dozen times over the last decade or so and learned something new every time.
