Hi guys! I grew up in a small town on the central coast of California, went to school in Washington state, lived and taught English in Taiwan for 3 years, lived in Philadelphia for 2 years, taught English in Colombia for a year, then moved to Honolulu!

I took a road trip around the states in fall 2012 and did a bit of couch surfing. I love it because you are instantly paired up with a local and don't have to travel as a tourist!

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

The top 3 are skydiving in New Zealand, watching the sunrise over the Himalayas, and watching my tuk-tuk driver get punched in the face in India.

Lehren, lernen, teilen

I love sports, so we can play and both improve (my top 3 are soccer, tennis and basketball but I'll do anything). I know a little Chinese but I can't read or write. Also, if you really want, we can talk global socioeconomics and/or politics. I like to keep an open mind, as most everyone has valuable insight to add.
