Theadora: I would love to travel more and learn more about different cultures, see how other people live their lives. I play violin and like to sing, do handcrafts, and can't think what else to say...of course it's much better to meet in person!

When we return to Santa Cruz and find a place to live, (and find a couch) hopefully we will then have a couch to offer up!

A great experience in the apartment of 13a in Lisboa, Portugal, I just wish I could have met her!

We have stayed with extremely open friendly folks in Dublin, Berlin, and Lisboa.

Theadora: I like spending time outdoors, relaxing with friends and reading. I am also a little obsessed with bird watching. In nature there is always something fascinating to look at and learn more about.

Zack: I'm into music, food, and the world we live in. I love birdwatching, amateur botany and mycology, and generally paying attention to my landscape.

I read all the time. No books in particular, I commonly read fluff to relax and take a brain vacation but I am a big fan of the author Paulo Coelho (most definitely not fluff).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Theadora: Climbing the Great Wall of China was an incredible experience that I will never forget, also hiking in the rainforest in Costa Rica with Zack was absolutely amazing.

Zack: I recently walked the 26 mile length of Monterey Bay (my local coastline), it was wonderful seeing all of the areas that I wouldn't normally access.

Teach, Learn, Share

Theadora: I can show someone how to play violin or crochet a hat, or learn some birds.

Zack: I can teach basic guitar/mandolin skills, how to play music with kelp, general natural history, and loads about birds and mushrooms.
