I'm calm and collective, with a quick wit, a big smile and an affinity for adventure and the unknown. If you invite me to something weird or unusual, I'll go!!!

Interviewcanoe.com is a live podcast I host where I take people down the river on my canoe, and interview them.

I'm a Certified Hypnotist, I'm always learning more about this amazing and helpful phenomenon of the brain and enjoy sharing it with others!

I like bringing people together and making them feel safe. When people feel safe, they can be vulnerable. When they're vulnerable in a safe environment, they blossom. It's a beautiful thing.
