About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Looking forward to road tripping the U.S.A. It's something I've always wanted to do, and I'm hoping to find some places to stay and some friends to make along the way!

ABOUT ME

I'm a pretty relaxed, easygoing person. I've played the drums for about 8 years now, and have enjoyed teaching them for the past 2 years. I also like snowboarding, boxing, taekwondo and, when I have the money and the time, I have flying lessons which will hopefully eventually lead to an aerobatic endorsement.

I'm doing an honours year at the moment in Psychophsiology, which is like biology crossed with psychology, and I'm doing a masters in teaching next year which I'm really looking forward to. I was initially wanting to be a psychologist, but I realised how hard it would be to deal with depressed people all day, and how that would affect your own life, so I decided to go with high school teaching because I can have fun with it and hopefully inspire the next generation.

RANDOM FACTS:
- I can say "I want a discount" in Thai
- I love mangoes
- I can play the didgeridoo and throw a boomerang. But not at the same time.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The best places I've been to would be visiting the amazing temples in Nikko, Japan; visiting Tokyo city; standing on the skybridge in the Petronas Towers, Kuala Lumpur; riding an elephant in Phuket, Thailand; and relaxing on the beach on Koh Phi Phi.
