About Me

I ONLY HOST WOMEN. MEN, PLEASE REFRAIN FROM SENDING REQUESTS OR EXPECT A VERY HARSH REPLY IN RESPONSE. I WILL NOT MINCE MY WORDS. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

Fun loving, independent and awesome ;)

I manage people managing interactive spaces in public libraries for a living. It's a role that I took up in February 2017 and loving every bit of it so far. Before then, I have been into academics and exchanges.

I am an new RJ for a local radio station as well, talking about stuff I think I know a lot about (but you won't think that matching what my friends thinks too =p).

I have been an exchange student when I was 15, and my experiences from that and several after that bring me to the CS world, wanting to explore more there is to people and places.

I love to read, and write. My laptop is full of half, quarter or even less finished stories that would never see a conclusion.

I cannot host at the moment, some day hopefully, but I can take you around if you're in Karachi. We have a very active Karachi Couchsurfer group that'd be happy to meet up and hang out with you.

CS is not a Pseudonym for hookups or dating, for me at least, and if that's what you're looking for, please knock another door. Be very careful of what you write in your messages or requests, if I even get a hint of sleaziness, I won't bother replying. If you're receiving my request, but have any of these intentions, please decline my request, and I won't ask why.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on couchsurfing to explore people and places. I have a habit of planning a little too much, especially coming from a country with a very low per capita income, I have to save a lot to afford travel, so I want to ensure I make the most of it with ample planning. Couchsurfing helps take off some load and hence the burden of planning. As I travel this year, I have fewer do-to items and more exploring do to with people I meet and wherever the experiences take me!

On the opposite end, when in Karachi, I love to meet up with people from around the world who are visiting Karachi as backpackers and CSers.

I have had a chance to meet people who have visited places in Pakistan via road that we as locals would be scared to, and they've been my inspiration to explore my own country. Now who'd expect that, right?

Although, to tell you the truth, we do tend to take our city/country of residence for granted at times, and I have been guilty of it but making amends now.
