About me 2024 Version:

A loyal couchsurfer until 2018. Started my travel adventures and couchsurfing journey back in 2006 at the tender age of 16. Met some incredible people—honestly, couchsurfing shaped my life in ways I can’t even explain (and gave me some wild stories).

Went to Thailand for what was supposed to be 15 days, ended up living there for a year and celebrated my 18th birthday on Thai soil. Then I went to China for a month... and stayed for 8 years. Backpacked through most of Southeast Asia, so I've got plenty of stories (and maybe some scars).

I’m always up for trying something new—especially food! Cooking is my happy place.

I am a student doing my undergrad in Economics. I cant say much more about myself, always an awkward question for me. But I can say that the last two years traveling have completely transformed me. I dont know if in a good or bad way, but I love it ;)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

1) Seen the Pyramids of Giza, Egypt.
2) Walked on the Great Wall.
3) Worked for Burmese Refugees in Thailand
4) Survived in the mountains of Northern Pakistan after being lost without food and water.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I’ve been Couchsurfing since 2006 and have accumulated an entire library of crazy travel tales. To top it off, my wife and I are total foodies—we can whip up dishes from six different cuisines between us!
