Overview
About Me
I live, work and play in Berkeley. I have worked as a professional musician, travelled a fair amount, especially around California and the US. I've been to 47 states. I dedicate a significant amount of my efforts towards working on my bucket list and trying to lead the most adventurous, varied, and stimulating life I can.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Couchsurfing is one of the beautiful, people-driven things the internet has brought to humanity. It is a way to allow people to go anywhere in the world and really dive into the places they go with locals, and make it all affordable at the same time. I first couchsurfed in Southern California in 2011 when I biked to Mexico. I've hosted people at my home in Oakland, and when I lived in Santiago, Chile. I have couchsurfed in Chile and Argentina, as well as here in the US.
Interests
Music is number one. I play guitar, electric and stand up bass, trumpet, piano, organ, drums, and sing. I love rope swings, skinny dipping, maps, getting to the tops of things, urban exploring, global events, laying in the sun, playing soccer and frisbee.
