I live in the center of Okayama city. In my guest room, I have Japanese style futons (Sheer matress) for you. Tatami floor. You will get get fresh sheets, blankets, pillows, towels.
You can use my bathroom and kitchen. There are buses nearby, but you can also take a walk in 15min.
I don't have pets, either smoke.
