Why I’m on Couchsurfing

When I found about Couchsurfing, I've found the easiest way to make friends and certainly the cheapest way, either by being the host or being the one as couchsurfer.

Interests

I love outdoor activities like trail run, hiking and soon cycling. Being in Malaysia, I am really lucky that I can do that all year round. My group of similiar-interest friends and me are trying to do trip that we call "runcation" (i.e. run + vacation) either in Malaysia or abroad a few times every year. This year we have been to Jakarta ( for Jakarta Marathon) and Ranau, Sabah in Borneo (for Ranauthlon).

Music, Movies, and Books

My favourite authors - Paulo Coelho, Khaled Hosseini, Jack Kerouac, etc.
Music - I can listen to almost all genres but no heavy metal please.
Movies - No horror movies for me hahaha.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hiked the Rinjani Mountain in Lombok Island, Indonesia. Certainly the best view from the peak even it is not the most challenging climb to the top. Unlucky for us hikers, since the eruption, the Rinjani Mountain is closed until further notice.
