I am Nicola, Italian not a chef but I can make some good authentic spaghetti.
Just kidding, although the reason why my US host family choosed was exactly that link between nationality and food.
Anyway, I work as an export manager, which means I spend a lot of time traveling mostly in the Northern countries of Europe and in the middle and Far East.
As I mentioned, I was an exchange student in Arkansas where still some amazing people, I call family, are.
After graduationg from high school, I went to live for one year in Berlin.
Couch surfing is for me a way to meet to people, who will hopefully turn into great friends to count on.
It's great to have brothers and sisters around the world, which will always have a house in Venice where I now live.

I like to listen to almost any kind of music.
At times, I buy pick a random album and start listening to it, all day long.

I'm not a big reader but I love Robert Kiyosaki books.

I love foreign languages. I speak Italian, English, German and Spanish.
