About Me

ABOUT ME

Started my grown up life as an architect. But that was just the beginning. Two careers and a couple of decades later, its been a brilliant journey so far. At the moment getting cosy with advertising. Let's see where the vagabonds are headed next.

PHILOSOPHY

Never say no. Try anything twice.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I believe that without actually signing up on Couchsurfing officially, I have lived my life in the spirit of a couchsurfer for the most part. I regularly have people from all walks of life, different nationalities crashing my couch who are referred to me and vouched for by friends.

Listening to their life stories, sharing in their ups and downs and exchanging music, literature, alcohol makes you realise that no matter what, good people (and the opposite) exist around the world. It's your attitude and outlook towards life that matters most.

I prefer to focus my energies on the beauteous things of life. It spreads positive energy and ensures that even when the chips are down, something good is around the corner.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

None as yet, officially. I have hung out with couch surfers at meetings and gatherings as I have several friends on it.

Interests

If given a choice, cruising the highways permanently. If that's not possible, reading advanced weaponry systems. Since permissions are hard to come by for those, I guess I'll settle for movies, volleyball, swimming, cooking with a glass of whisky in one and friends, of course.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

6,000 kms on a bike in 10 days exploring every inch of the Karnataka coast line one of the most beautiful coasts of South India.

Or the drive to Nepal where I learned to drive, but kept getting into sugarcane fields on either side of the road.
