Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to be able to travel and see real people beyond travel guides and tourist maps. I never use them anyways.
I wish to see new worlds and meet inspiring people doing extraordinary things in the simplest ways.

Music, Movies, and Books

I appreciate various pieces of music.
For every mood or activity I may listen to specific music.

I enjoy epic classical music that gives me goosebumps and makes me feel like a viking.
I love exploring traditional Asian and African music.
I grew up listening to heavy metal, and it is still a part of me.

Movie-wise, I tend to only watch movies that touch my soul and intellect in some way.
My favorite book is Viktor Frankl's 'Man's Search for Meaning' - I believe every literate human being should read it and live by it.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Started a Zero Waste FB group that turned into a country-wide political force and resulted in multiple package-free shops being opened across the country (Latvia) and more.
