CURRENT MISSION

I want to explore. I am at a point in my life where nothing is more important to me than creating new experiences and involving myself in new cultures, ideas, groups of people and basically anything that is new to me.

ABOUT ME

haha I dont even know where to start. I currently and always have lived in Utah. I love traveling, snowboarding, music and people. I have a crazy ambition for learning more about people and cultures. I would say that I am an outgoing and generally happy person. I like to have fun but am too quick to fall into a pattern of working and working and sleeping and then working again. I have a passion for people, I plan to go into psychology.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe that if this has a purpose then it is...
1. to learn to love, your life, yourself and the people around you
2. to learn to have a positive impact on this earth and the beings that inhabit it
3. to experience as much as you possibly can and learn your personal limits.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I heard about this idea from a friend. As soon as I heard about it I knew I wanted to be a part of it because it can be incredibly helpful in traveling and learning more about other cultures. I participate by having a couch available and encouraging more people to join.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

When I was 18 I got the chance to live, for 3 months, in New Zealand. We stayed in a hostel, and so far that has probably been the closest I have come to something like couchsurfing. My friend and I shared a room in a small hostel house and had many different people coming and going from the other 2 rooms in the house. We got to meet some really cool people and some really not cool people but all in all it was amazing to get to know so many people from so many different parts of the world.
