About Me
Living in a small town at the base of a beautiful mountain, I'm empty nesting and loving life. I work full time in Aspen for an A/V company and on the side, I am a photographer and small-time beekeeper. I teach beekeeping and have a photography studio in my little town. I also have started a chocolate making company and am currently on the road to Europe and some of the US to collect research (eat chocolate).
In 2019 I travelled to London to check out the chocolate scene there for a week, then to Berlin for a week to attend a beekeeping course then to Prague because I've never been to Prague then to Vancouver for another beekeeping conference then to Oregon for a cacao roasting course. (Deep breath) Then to NYC to take another chocolate making course at Institute for Culinary Education, then to Santa Barbara for some more chocolate research and a little work. Then to Phoenix for a photography conference then to Beverly Hills for work. Whew. That's two months well spent.
