I am half Portuguese and half Spanish.

I used to work as a TV producer in Dubai. Back in 2011, when I got tired of working mostly on advertising campaigns, I decided to quit my job. Along with my husband, who is from India, we started traveling full-time and launched a travel blog called Backpack ME: www.bkpk.me I now write about all things travel and food.... particularly Portuguese food!

I am what they call a "digital nomad" these days. Here and there, trying to make the most of my time traveling and eating around the world.
