About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To show the world my awesome hair
ABOUT ME
I'm kinda random and spur-of-the-moment about my adventuring but that just makes up for the crazy amounts of planning (that often goes unused) that I do for everything else. I can get along with anyone, and people have a bad habit of liking me. I have a dry sense of humour, so if you think I might be making fun, I am. ^_^ And I can't sit still (even now my foot is tapping ^_^)
PHILOSOPHY
I'm not sure I have a philosophy yet. I try to do everything that I can so I'll never regret missing out on an experience - I wanna see everything, do everything, know everything. Big ask, but by doing something everyday you feel a sense of achievement, and you feel totally more connected to the world. And I assume everyone is awesome until they prove themselves otherwise. I'm not too great at prejudice. I understand why it happens, I just think it's stupid to actually apply it.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
At the moment I'm only available for sleeping on your couches, but when I get back to Melbourne I'm totally cool with giving you a tour of the city and getting you some free food. I aspire to one day own a couch.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Never couchsurfed through here before, but have spent my travelling days hitting up couches of people I know for a night or two. Best way to see everyone, and see all the best bits of a place. Couchsurfing at friends uni's in the UK was pretty awesome - Leeds, Nottingham and Bangor are gorgeous uni towns if you know where to go, which I did thanks to my friends.
Interests
Oh my god, everything!
Circusness! Juggling and tumbling and acrobatics and everything!
Music (listening to and playing although I'm not great at knowing who sang/played what, and I'm not the best musician but I loove music)
Books! I love reading and whilst my main reads are sci-fi/fantasy (because getting lost in a good story is so easy with those genres) I'll read anything you give me.
Learning stuff! I wanna learn everything - I'm enrolled in an Arts/Science double degree because I wanted to know everything about everything. So far I've got to learn japanese, roman history, theatre, linguistics, genetics, immunology, psychology, microbiology, neuroscience.Yeh I'm a bit science skewed, but it's way interesting stuff.
I like dancing and singing and making things - I'm an amateur dressmaker, I sell jewellry at local markets, ooh and I'm great at baking.

Music, Movies, and Books
Anything, everything. If it's well-crafted, creative, interesting, thought-provoking, I'm in. If it's not, I'm generally not so keen, but I'll watch/read/listen to it anyways (once).
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I found the insane, huge, monstrous, beautiful, captivating, terrifying, cave waterfall in Lauterbrunnen, Switzerland, pretty amazing. It's just wow.
Teach, Learn, Share
Things I can teach-
Beginners gymnastics/tumbling. I do it every week, it's pretty easy to pick up simple stuff like cartwheels and handstands or 2/3 person stacks.
Juggling! I can juggle 3 balls, or clubs, or hoops. I know how to pass though I'm not great, but I can teach beginner stuff and would love to learn more.
Welsh stuff - some of our culture, history, myths and legends, language. I'm not fluent but if you ever saw a Welsh word and thought how the hell do you say that, then I can help!
I can teach you about some science things too - immunoloy and genetics for instance.
