I'm 32 now, and hold a PhD degree in Linguistics. I have always been focused on my education and professional development and therefore the first impression people have of me is that I come across as older than I really am. However, I really don't take myself too seriously anymore :P

Having been raised in Palestine, I'm naturally interested in politics and talk about it a lot. I also have a soft spot for poets and poetry. My hobbies include chess, table tennis, cycling, watching movies and series.

My top 10 favorite books #1,2, and 3 is a tie between Ishmael (Daniel Quinn), Oliver Twist (Charles Dickens), and Beowulf, #4 is the Epic of Gilgamesh, #5 The Phantom of The Opera (Gaston Leroux) #6 is Watchers (Dean Koontz), the rest aren’t too wordy but I like the plots #7 is Timeline (Michael Crichton), #8 is The House of The Scorpion (Nancy Farmer) #9 is The Blue Sword (Robin McKinley) #10 is The Dark Hills Divide (Patrick Carman - also a children’s book.. feel free to judge me for it)
