ABOUT ME

I love to climb!!!, do yoga, surf, snowboard, have fun. Its difficult to explain myself in words, actions are so much more suitable.
But since I suppose it would be better to do this through words since we are all many many miles apart...I am, at the moment, a college student studying abroad in Karlstad Sweden. I study anthropology and archaeology and I love it, I see anthropology not only as a career but also as a means of transporting myself around the globe studying people as I travel. I love animals, especially dogs, and I am a vegetarian for many reasons. I hope that the world will catch on to this amazing idea that CS has and become closer as one.

PHILOSOPHY

Do what you will, as you like it.
But also be kind, not only when it best suits you but when ever possible and as much as possible.
"We all must take notice that we are a part of nature"
Notice there is a space between the words "a part" if that space were gone then the two words would make one and that word would be apart, a totally different word with a totally different meaning. I see humans too often pushing nature away from their daily lives, we are all part of nature and must take part in preserving our future.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I surf and I also host at my apartment in Karlstad. But in January I will be going back to the states and might not be able to host anyone for a little bit.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have surfed with a few great people in England and also hosted two guys from Italy and Switzerland.

Interests

is this getting old....CLIMBING!!! and any outdoor activity because I believe that we should be out interacting with the earth as much as possible and what better way than playing about its surface?

Music, Movies, and Books

I love all types of movies, I suppose if I were to list some they would be; Atonement, Earth, Home, The Darjeeling Limited, The Life Aquatic, The Prestige, The Science of Sleep, Pride and Prejudice, etc.
I like most music except country and I wouldn't say that I like hip hop either, but only on special occasions. I like Bright Eyes, Grizzly Bear, Joshua Radin, Bob Dylan, The Beatles, Ryan Adams, Priscilla Ahn, Taking Back Sunday, The Weepies, David Grey, etc.
And Books, hmmmm, so many from different times. HOTEL RWANDA, IN SMALL THINGS FORGOTTEN, PILLARS OF THE EARTH, WORLD WITHOUT END, HOUNDS OF THE BASKERVILLES, HARRY POTTER, CATCHER IN THE RYE, 1984, etc.

Teach, Learn, Share

The only teaching that I can present to you are stories of my life and examples that perhaps can lead to revelations. I would love to learn as much as possible about everything, then perhaps I could share my knowledge with people. But I will share all that I have with everyone.
