I love living.
New experiences is something that colours my life. It's never enough!
I came from my beautiful homeland in Lithuania to Lisbon for a 3 month internship, but now, four years later, I am still here, singing in a Vintage jazz band (who would have guessed I would become a singer???) and enjoying every single day.

Traveling and music are my two biggest passions and I can't imagine my life without it.

My new biggest challenge is to learn playing double bass.

I want to visit your country, whatever it is.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I'm on couchsurfing because to my mind it's one of the best ways to travel. It gives you so much bigger insight when you stay at a local's place and share a normal way of living of that country than spending your time in a tourist adapted hotels.
Also hosting is an incredible chance to travel the world without leaving your flat. So many inspiring souls have stayed on my couch! Also travelers have this great peaceful and adventurous aura around them that is so good to feel around when I'm not on the way myself.

Traveling! knowing new cultures. Singing and dancing (i sing in a swing band and dance lindy hop). Cinema, cooking (you have to try it!!), reading, learning new things, meeting new people, visiting new places, creating something new, doing anything crazy...

It's always hard to say which movie or book is my favorite. You can find something in every good movie and every good book even if it's not a genre that you like. What concerns music - it's the one that heals soul or makes me dance.

There are plenty of moments that are crazily amazing in my lifetime and most of them come after spontanious decisions. Like randomly having dinner with the most famous Portuguese movie director. Or watching a sunset in an old fishermen village in Portugal. Or eating freshly picked peaches from the garden of an old man don't even know where, and then skinny dipping in a cold lake water. Or... So many stories! I can tell you when we meet. I think that the beauty of life lies in simple things. You just go for it and it brings you the best memories.
