ABOUT ME

It isn't so easy to describe myself. But I would say generally I'm a down to earth person, who loves to learn something different every day. So I'm always hungry for new information :) I love to explore different cultures, travel and learn different languages if I can.
I was born in Ankara, Turkey. I moved to London when I was 18 and lived there for 9 years. I used to work in City of London in Financial Services. Then, one day I decided make my life more challenging and moved to Madrid at the end of 2008 :) People used to ask me "Why Madrid?" To be honest didn't have a concrete reason apart from loving Spain in general. But it was definitely a great choice as I loved every second I spent there. After living there for 8 months, I came to Turkey to visit my family and had a good job offer which I couldn't decline, so I decided not to go back to Madrid. I love my new profession...Teaching :)I enjoy my time here as well. I would like to meet new people to share ideas and experiences, also get some help with my Spanish :) And ofcourse I'd be more than happy to help you if I can.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I heard so much about CS from some friends. So I decided to participate as well. I'm looking to learn from CS and do language exchanges with people who can be patient with my poor Spanish :) I'm not able to offer a couch but I like to meet people for a drink or two :)
