HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I host CSers, and travel and meet people. I would like to spread some of the wonderful power of Africa round the world, and share knowledge and light while learning as much as I can of other countries, cultures and people.

To touch with a smile and to gaze into the eyes of the eternal being that is in all of us. Would love to do some yoga or meditation or play chess or make music with you.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Stayed with awesome hosts in Indonesia and Thailand, and have met tons of great people at meetings and hikes through CS in Indonesia and Thailand.

Have been hosting at my home in Wilderness, Garden Route, South Africa since returning from my Asian travels in 2010. Have now also been surfing in Mexico City, and hosting in Playa del Carmen, where I lived for 5 months.
Hosted in San Cristobal de Las Casas with my awesome house mates, who are phenomenal CS hosts.

Now in back in the Garden Route in South Africa. Making a home base for more traveling.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Ceremonies and journeys with Ayuasca, Peyote and San Pedro. Deep trance dance and performance, drumming, healing.

Traveled the festival circuit in SA with a trance/acoustic crossover band called Nagual between 1996 and 2000, playing at music festivals and huge outdoor trance parties. Lived for years in forested areas carving buddhas and angels. I have prayed for, longed for, striven for and witnessed the birth of our democratic nation.

Met Nelson Mandela and Steve Biko, The Dalai Lama. Met and received healing from a traditional Indonesian healer.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach yoga, meditation and healing/massage skills, videography and music production. chess.
I can share sculpture, music and philosophy. I also do Tarot readings.
I want to learn more about salsa and surfing.
