Overview
About Me
Hi, my name is Zenobia and I am a researcher; previously on Middle Eastern history and policy but currently expanding to international security. I teach Latin and do cartography : ) I have traveled all over the world to many places, none of which would be the same without the people who inhabit them. Looking forward to meeting you!

House update: I am currently moving into a new flat, and then travelling until September; I can always see if my housemates are open to hosting in my absence though! Just perhaps try someone else first, and then get back to me if you get really stuck for a place in London.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
As a historian I qualify as local guide in most places. If we end up in the same city I would be happy to show you around. I have used couch-surfing to meet up with locals: to find the hidden places, and the good food, instead of following expensive tourist guides!
Interests
I love reading and art, and any kind of cultural adventure. I like cycling (surprise), football, and concerts (both classical, and of the festival variety). I also enjoy hanging out in pubs, and trying different kinds of (vegetarian) street-food.
