About Me

CURRENT MISSION

life is brief: live it full, enjoy it and try to make the world a better place!

ABOUT ME

Oh well, I lack the capacity to look at MYSELF from the outside, I'm just too concerned looking at what's around me ^_^ So just read below!

PHILOSOPHY

Measure your life not by the number of breaths but by the moments that STEAL your breath; you can judge only yourself; S. Hawking and a campesino together know more things than S. Hawking alone.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Hosted some very cool and smart people, everytime being happy having learnt something new, having seen and heard something different/ly; I even gave advices to friends traveling abroad through CSers I hosted here in Ravenna: wonderful! (thanks again guys!!!)

On the downside I've been left on the streets once, and I'm growing tired of people who state "you HAVE to read carefully my profile, etc..." and then don't even bother answering CRs at all or at least in feasible time...you know, anyone can see you last login, poser! ^^

Interests

Poetry, music, politics, boardgames, food & wine, EATING good food & wine, visual arts, dancing (usually a bit drunk!), gigs.

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen mainly rock and folk, sometimes jazz, but any great work of music thrills my ears; my favourite poets are Baudelaire, Majakovskij, Eluard, Neruda, Lamarque; my favourite writers are Wu Ming, Gibson; I don't have a favourite film genre, but I go very often to the cinema: the first names that come to my mind are Wim Wenders, Godfrey Reggio, Guy Richie.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- The coral barrier, diving (tooooo many colors);
- The G8 in Genova, 2001 (tooooo many beatings);
- the consequences of a(nother f*****g) war on a people and his land;
- every single sunset everywhere I've gone: they ALWAYS amaze me!
- Love goin' WIIIIIIIIILD!!!!

Bosnia and Herzegovina, Egypt, France, Greece, Malta, Switzerland, United Kingdom
