Music, Movies, and Books

It's hard for me to pick a "favorite" but still

Music:
The fascination about music started from the beginning of my life. My mom used to play classical/new age music when she was pregnant and after I was born. In primary school, I mostly listened to classical/easy-listening music and Mandarin pop.
In junior high, I started to get exposed to more contemporary western music such as rock, R&B, folk, jazz...etc.
Been digging electronic music for a few years now. Fan of techno, synth-pop, deep-house, tech-house, D&B, breaks, lounge music...to name a few.
Genre doesn't matter that much, and I am always open to discover good music from all over the world. Traditional Chinese, Japanese, Gypsy, Russian, African, Latin American...

Film:
Cult films.
I like weird, bizarre things that make some people uncomfortable.
Comedies.
Watched some Buster Keaton and Charles Chaplin, loved them. Movies like "Breakfast Club" and "Ferris Bueller’s Day Off" have been good laughs to me, too.
Good sci-fi movies rock.
Among directors, masters such as Alfred Hitchcock, Stanley Kubrick, Christopher Nolan...etc are much appreciated. The Coen Brothers and Darren Aronofsky are cool as well. I love watching movies but usually don't have much time to do so.

Animation:
Animators such as Bill Plympton (US), Jan Svankmajer (Czech), Pritt Pärn (Estonia), Satoshi Kon (Japan) are great. Discovering more now.
PLUS I LOVE RICK & MORTY IT'S ABSOLUTELY MIND-BLOWING!!!
