Currently, I am living in Pecs, Hungary and studying for a Master's degree in Business Development at the local university. I ended up here after winning a scholarship from the Hungarian government. I enjoy being here, especially I like hiking in the countryside, hanging out in local pubs, and meeting new people. I also try to travel about Europe at every opportunity I get to delve into the discovery of new destinations and learn new cultures. At least once a year I endeavour to visit a new electronic music festival for me, like UMF and Tomorrowland.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love travelling but not like a trivial tourist who just wants to visit the most popular places of interest and take some pictures. I prefer a local viewpoint and guide. I'd like to immerse in a local lifestyle and enjoy the atmosphere of that place. Therefore, I usually stay for more than one day.

Favourite books: One Hundred Years of Solitude by Gabriel García Márquez, Crime and Punishment by Fyodor Dostoevsky and The Three Musketeers by Alexandre Dumas.

Movies: One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, Paradise (by Andrei Konchalovsky), Fight Club, The Wolf of Wall Street, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, and Pulp Fiction.
