We are Zhenya & Dasha. Belarusians by origin and currently living in Amsterdam with our cat Elvin. We love to travel together, share experiences, eat anything we can get our hands on, test things, poke things, lick things, experiment with things and enjoy life to the fullest.

I own a consulting company and Dasha works as a venture builder making the lives of pets (cats and dogs) more fun and healthy.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We used to do a lot of CS when we were broke students studying in Europe. Then we got our jobs, got busier, and for some weird reason stopped doing CS since we started (like many grown-ups) to like the privacy of hotels and Airbnbs.

But to be honest, mindset-wise we are still those young students :)

We love meeting locals, having fun, having an adventure, and we get a bit tired from going to new places and locking ourselves in hotels. Exploring new places through the eyes and experiences of locals is the true joy and the definition of traveling.

Being in a hotel is not traveling haha

All kinds of art that grab my attention, all genres of music. I like to look for new genres of music.
I am personally interested in relationship psychology, economics, videography, love Iceland and Japan, wild nature, cooking, photography, snowboarding and surfing.
