Overview
About Me
I'm an optimist, a hedonist, a pragmatist, an explorer... I believe happiness can only come from within, but having fantastic experiences doesn't hurt either.
Life is absurd. All we can do is enjoy it, make the most of what we're given, and hopefully help those around us do the same.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
We started out on CS when we moved in together by hosting people, which has never been a disappointment. We love hosting! Then we went on a 3 month adventure through China and southeast Asia and surfed for the first time. We learned a lot about what it's like from the other side. We also learned that our apartment is much cleaner than we ever gave ourselves credit for. Dirty floors aside though, all of our hosts were wonderfully warm and open people, who we felt incredibly lucky to have met, and grateful to have stayed in their homes. Now that we're back to hosting, we hope to apply we learned to be even better hosts going forward.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
At this point, too many amazing things to choose just one. From standing next to erupting lava, to eating eyeball shishkabobs, to hiking for 8 hours up a 45 degree slope in the rain, to swimming with elephants... our world really is an amazing place, and we are unbelievably lucky that we get to explore it.
Teach, Learn, Share
People can learn from and teach one other simply by having a genuine conversation. That is the most I can ask or can offer. Everything else is bells and whistles.
