About Me

CURRENT MISSION

kissing the world

ABOUT ME

I'm currently a junior student @ Renmin University of China in Beijing. I study English and Sociology, both of which fail to propel me to hit more books but has luckily helped me to travel with a better understanding of the world around.

PHILOSOPHY

You can either travel or read, and either your body or soul must be on the way.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I usually surf or grab drinks with People from CS, but seldom host because I share a dorm room with the other seven classmates. I'd like to offer a host if I am home!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had two hanging-outs with CSers in Ho Chi Min City in July 2011 and surfed in April this year when I traveled in San Francisco.

Interests

I love music, movies. I enormously like singing, chatting and making friends!
I like traveling without LPs but with my own accidental discoveries!
I super love eating and dying to try delicacies all over the world!

Music, Movies, and Books

I love classical music and a cappella, and I love pop likewise. I have no gift for remembering names or lyrics, but I am proud of my purity of love.
For movies, I have a passion for documentaries. I admit many of them are very subjective and truly propaganda, but I believe that is the way they make us start thinking about a certain thing. In addition, I love The Legend of 1900, Kinsey, and documentaries of Michael Moore.
I am fond of novellas!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I climbed Mount Tai in a night of a winter, a real slack season for traveling but a wonderful time for unexpected scenery and an inviting self-exploration.
I took a three-day train from Beijing to Guiyang and experience closely the ups and downs of my country.

Teach, Learn, Share

I value the ability to talk freely with all types of people, especially with those I am not familiar. I believe, as always, that communication makes a difference.

Countries I’ve Visited

Cambodia, China, United States, Viet Nam

Countries I’ve Lived In

China
