ABOUT ME

Heyo!
I'm a Berlin girl lucky enough to spend a couple of months in Beijing! This is the first time for me to explore the country of my origin on my own and I can't wait for all the new experiences and to get to know the Chinese CouchSurfing community. I am a happy person, that tends to find joy in the smallest things. I am very appreciative of kindness and food.

I had my first CouchSurfing experiences in Morocco, which made the trip unforgettable. Ever since then, it's been my favorite way to travel.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The 天池-Heaven Lake atop the vulcanic mountain boardering on China and North Korea is breathtakingly majestic.

The tunnels underneath Paris are eerie and homely at the same time.

Never have I seen more and brighter stars than in the desert of Merzouga in Morocco, lying on top of the crest of the highest dune.

Teach, Learn, Share

hmmm... I don't fancy myself to be particularly good at anything you might want to learn... I can make the owl sound through my hands, and a screechy noise with a blade of grass. I could teach German. I can tell you how to say "I'm hungry" in several languages.

On the learning side, I am deeply interested in learning how just about everything functions. This ranges from how ketchup is made to religious rituals. Hopefully you can also teach me how to say "I'm hungry" in your language.
