One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In 2014, I participated in a humanitarian mission in Africa and took part in organizing a summer program for young kids. They were genuinely and wholeheartedly happy the whole time we took care of them and their joy is contagious. I consider this amazing because I was able to feel real happiness, apart from everything materialistic and superficial. I was also able to discover a humanitarian flair inside of me, that we are all brothers and sisters regardless of our differences.
