About Me

Hello!
My name is Zie. I am a very colourful and creative person.
I am from the Netherlands but have been living in Belgium for four years now.
I work as a comic artist and as a teacher of arts and Dutch language. (Don't ask me which makes me the most money, haha.)
I am vegan and love to cook (together) and go to restaurants.
I love swimming, rollerskating, reading and gaming.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As I've been focusing a lot on not being a broke student anymore after quite a while, it is finally time to enjoy going on some adventure outside of the country.
I've used couchsurfing when I was younger to travel (and hosting) a lot and always loved to learn more specific places and experiences that only locals can give you.

Interests

I enjoy reading and drawing comics and talking about it.
I also love other crafty things, movies and series, music and cooking and eating.

Ofcourse I also like to travel. (When I have the money haha.)
I love to go to festivals a lot, concerts and other parties.
I really like stories and exchanging them to learn new things!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Move to another country on my own.
I could tell more funny or amazing travelstories but this one is the most meaningful to me.

Teach, Learn, Share

Teaching: I can teach Dutch and drawing.

Learning: I want to learn French and being more spontaneous.

Sharing: Cooking together is fun, going on a hike.

What I Can Share with Hosts

At this moment I cannot share my apartment with hosts as my landlord doesn't allow it.

I can share a hike, a trip to a museum, a meal, going to a café and having a laugh.
