Hi!

I'm Žiga, a Slovenian electrotehnic college dropout and I want to travel the world. After seeing that life has more to offer than just being in the same little town I was in, I decided to see what lies beyond my scope of ideas and who I think people are.

My entire life I've had severe anxiety about everything. Fearing everything means I never got to experience what life actually has to offer. So that's why after some serious self reflection I've gathered the courage to say Fuck It and just go do what I've always dreamt of and that is explore the unknown. That which I've feared and avoided. So here I am today at the start of my 20ies looking for an adventure and experiencing new people with the same mindset of pursing the unknown as me.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have little to no experience of what life is like outside of Slovenia so that's why I'm here. I want to get to know people with different cultural backgrounds either through hosting or surfing. I'd love to hear about people's personal experiences, the good and the bad, what brought them here. what they learnt travelling and what their idea of a meaningful and happy existence is. To accrue as much information as possible as to enrich my own life and experience.

I can and will listen to any genre as long as it's catchy and has some pretty chords on top :D

My favorite Movie or series of movies has to be the Lord of the Rings trilogy.

Favorite series has to be Avatar the Last Airbender (Always cry at he end)

Teach, Learn, Share

I've been playing the piano for quite a while, but it's mostly self learnt. I can teach you some music theory, chords, hand placement or we could play some songs together.

I also know something about fitness and health. I the past 2 years I've pretty much watched and seen all and every fitness related video or article of relevance on the internet. I guess I can give you pointers on how to lose weight(no offense).
