About Me

-- IN GENERAL --
Hi! My name is Zine, as you've probably already seen above. I'm 25 years old, I have been working for 3 years and living together with my boyfriend (age 29) for the same period of time. I'm lucky to have the genes of 4 different kind of nationalities in my blood (Belgian, Turkish, Kurdish and Polish).

I consider myself as a friendly, open minded and outgoing person who loves to travel and meet new people from around the world. Like the majority of people on Couchsurfing I guess :-).

-- MEETING PEOPLE --
When it comes to meeting people I always follow my gutfeeling. So far it hasn't let me down once. I have the ability to make people feel comfortable somehow, so you don't have to worry about that.

-- VALUES/PHILOSOPHY --
I love to laugh, learn, dance, love, hang out with friends, food, sharing thoughts and helping out wherever and whenever I can. I believe in charity and the kindness of people, that's why I support different organisations each year and always treat people with respect, no matter how you look or where you come from.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

-- TRAVELWISE --
I believe that you can only REALLY get to know a different culture by experiencing it for the full 100 %, like crashing with a local and sharing a home-cooked meal together.

-- PEOPLEWISE --
One of my life goals is meeting as much lovely people as possible from all over the world. Spread the love :-)

Interests

-- MUSIC --
I love to get lost in music. During summer I try to visit as much as music festivals as (financially) possible.

-- READING --
I read articles about almost everything all day long.

-- FRIENDS & FAMILY --
The number one thing I couldn't live without.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I was 20 years old I went backpacking solo in Vietnam. And if I ever have the opportunity, I'd do it all over again.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you how to cook my favorite dish: zitti al forno. Or I can also just show you the places where you can eat the best Belgian chocolate :-). If you could help me to approve my Italian or teach me how to cook Thai food that would be awesome! But actually I love to learn in general so I would already be delighted if you could teach me anything new :-).

What I Can Share with Hosts

I share (almost) everything. Feel free to ask !
