ABOUT ME

I love traveling and have been doing photography and music for a while. I work as a creative director for ad agencies and game studios during the day and work on my art in my spare time. I'm also a veteran Burner and very relaxed and open minded :)
I have an interest in studying migration and displacement due to geopolitical conflicts and have been documenting this topic during my travels.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm brand spanking new to the CS project. But have done plenty of couch surfing as a guest and a host on many occasions. This site is BRILLIANT!

I plan on offering my own couch once I get set up in Beijing.
It would be amazing to be a part of someone else' adventures too.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

It was the best feeling in the world to be welcomed into someone's home and supported in my journeys.
They made it possible for me to bridge the gap between Gettin'-Outta-There and Being-On-The-Road.

Music, Movies, and Books

I can't even begin to count them... I have very eclectic tastes but prefer mystery, sci-fi, and Victorian novels. I love jazz and classic rock and DJ sometimes. When I DJ I usually play breaks and techfunk. I also played piano growing up and would love to jam with you if you play music. We can have a coffee or drink and share our favorites.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Seeing snow for the first time after growing up on a tropical island. It was like MAGIC.

The realization that I was flying a plane... and... that my private pilot instructors hands were pointing a camera at me instead of the controls. (That happened during my FIRST flight !!)

Landing a plane on my own on my THIRD flight.

The world still fascinates me on a daily basis... so much to share, so little pixels on the screen.

Maybe we can exchange stories on a couch in person.
