CURRENT MISSION

After sailing from Vanuatu to Darwin my current mission is to check out the Northern Territory before carrying on up to Bali and Indonesia.

ABOUT ME

Hmm, this is rather a tough question. Well, I'd like to think I have a good sense of humour, am open minded (brought up by hippies in Golden Bay NZ) but at the same time able to be critical and analytical when it's called for. I am fairly no-nonsense preferring to speak my mind and opinion. I like to read and write. I love to travel and meet new people. While I recognise that money is an important aspect of a functioning society I never want it to be the main focus of my life and existence. I'm trying to learn to be a bit more spiritually inclined although that very sentance still makes me cringe. I love accents and people who not only have good stories to tell but tell them well.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

At the moment, as a traveller it would be great to meet locals in the places I travel to. I know for sure this opens up a whole lot of doors to new and fulfilling travel experiences. When I get home I'd like to be able to help other travellers in the same way.
