About Me
CURRENT MISSION
to see the world through other's eyes by hosting (it's why I love to pick up hitchhikers, tho my kids have talked me out of this, currently 🤷🏼♀️) and have set the intention to see the world myself. Have traveled to much of the US, to Canada and to Mexico, that is all.
ABOUT ME
Artist advocate, wrote a column called "Art Seen" for local weekly newspaper in Alaska (lived there for 25 years), love to dance, love meeting new people. Involved in Eckankar (I go to a WorldWide Seminar most Octobers & get to meet folks from all over the world there). Have 2 grown children (one of which is a world traveler and turned me on to couch surfing) who are bright shining lights in the world. Love my life. Want to travel more. Back in Alaska but have not verified my address again. Hope to have a couch I can share before long. Living in a tiny house, currently.
PHILOSOPHY
I think we purposefully manifest here to gain experience, and it's an amazing ride...
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Not currently, but hope to again. All but one of my experiences were excellent.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
My daughter's CouchSurfing experiences in Europe lead me to believe this is an excellent organization. She has been WOOFing in Norway, which also sounds cool.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Many years ago i was practicing looking through my third eye and saw that the entirety of life is a huge web, where everything is as connected to everything else as anything is! I know, sounds cliche', but it was an experience i will never forget.
Teach, Learn, Share
Will share my spiritual path with anyone who is interested. Do know that it is a karmic mistake to try and convince anyone of its truth, however! i have been an agnostic more than anything, basically deciding i might be simply a "spiritual eclectic" (so many things i liked about so many paths, but just could not hang with all the dogma), til i found a path that i felt i maybe made up it suits me so well! I know a lot about art, Eckankar, and a bit about herbs, psychology, natural medicine, the processing of wild game, collection of wild herbs & seafoods (including kelp), sociology and theology, but i'm also very interested in hearing what other folks have to teach ME about how they see the world. I feel humans are being born more and more enlightened...
What I Can Share with Hosts
