Originally from Germany, i just moved to Brussels for my masters after I've been enjoying one gap semester between my Bachelor's and my Master's. After having spent a lot of time in France while working on campsites and in a language school and two semesters of Erasmus in Montpellier I decided to discover another european country by living and studying there.

During the last couple of months i made some great experiences with couchsurfing. I lived in Marseille for a couple of weeks for an internship and often went to the couchsurfing meetups over there where I met some great people. Afterwards i went on a roadtrip through some parts of North America and had the pleasure to spend some nights with local hosts in places like Vancouver, Victoria, Kelowna, Calgary or Seattle. The people i met through couchsurfing and this whole experience showed me that wherever you are, you're never alone and two of the most important things in life are kindness and trust.
