About Me

I´m a good-natured person, I love to laugh and I´m interested in much the world has to offer. I´d like to call myself open-minded and I expect the same of others: I don´t tolerate sexist, racist or homophobic bullsh*t.
I like to discover new places, new activities and other peoples´ ways of thought and living.
I´m always up for watching concerts or sports events, (artistic) performances and exploring arts - or simply strolling through the neighbourhood (sometimes with a camera).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

When I´m travelling I like to get to know the country/culture on a deeper level than just through city sightseeing. Couchsurfing is a perfect way to get in touch with locals and to exchange ideas and thoughts. Besides, there´s always a special magic to it when two lives intersect in time and space.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: I like quite a lot of music, depending on my mood and the situation - but mostly there are some guitars in it :)
Movies: I like trash movies on lazy days while eating pizza. I love crime and martial arts movies.
Books: americanah, als wir träumten, middlesex; comics, graphic novels and photo books

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I travelled from Berlin to Istanbul by train which was an journey through amazing landscapes and with lots of interesting people on the way.
Planning my future (how and where I live) with three other people.
Being courageous and trying something new leaves me almost always changed in a positive way. So I want to do it more often :)

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you some basic poi moves or sing with you a few rounds :) Or I can give you tips on how to `veganize` dishes and show you how to cook "spätzle" (a special German type of noodle).

Countries I’ve Visited

Croatia, Denmark, Greece, Italy, Jordan, Norway, Romania, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Turkey, United Kingdom

Countries I’ve Lived In

Germany, Israel
