About Me
CURRENT MISSION
My Soul says live. My Heart says love. My body says stretch. My mind says help the world move towards real sustainability.
ABOUT ME
The art of observation:
I see mushrooms binding soils and plants to benefit all life.
I see the changing of the forest management in our country and others too!
I see far sighted hopes and near sighted possibilities, probable and evolving!
I see Environmental visionary incorporating care for self, care for earth and sharing the surplus.
We don't have to be slaves to the land to enjoy a garden and the gifts it shares.
I see a hammock.
We can make connections.
I am interested in sustainable environmental stewardship through innovative combinations of economic ecology, biology and chemistry.
I want to be as excited as I feel.
But I am reminded,
We got a huge effort to make! ... So, get out your boots and trowels, and I can help remind you of the inspiration within yourself.
PHILOSOPHY
I pray with tobacco and believe in nature spirits. They are so real, and I am so grateful when they share communication with me.
I honestly believe people have capacity to be amazing stewards of this planet, that we can give back in a way that is positive. I am looking for people who believe this too, and who are learning ways to make this a practical reality
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I am learning from old roommates! For example my roommate in Sweden posted our house up in Karlskrona. Other roommates have been enjoying traveling and making good friends... I have even met a host who have come to visit my roommate! Now i want to try finding out more about this amazing online community, which for sure, in my opinion, has a lot to do with Social Sustainability
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have lived many times in Community - OUR ECOVILLAGE, in Shawnigan Lake, BC, Canada; Lost Valley Educational Centre in Dexter, Oregon, USA; and in Community Houses, where 8+ of us live together.
Couch surfing is a way of life in these communities, I have couch surfed myself, normally with friends, but once with an amazing Swede named Jon. He had a haunted house. Seriously. But his elderly neighboors invited us over for dinner!!!! How cool?

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The sparks of spirit erupting from Grandpa stones in a Lakotan Sweat Lodge. Oh Great Spirit you make me feel WONDER AT IT ALL!
Teach, Learn, Share
My professional experience included facilitating group processes, permaculture and gardening/ Currently I am working towards a bee apiculturist certificate, of a type of stingless bee that lives in central and South america. If you want to get geeky and talk about plants - I am your lady!
I can also share a lot of information about healing with whole foods.
