I love to teach people how to live or "survive" in the outdoors with just the minimal equipments and teaching proper techniques for cooking and secrets within the culinary recipes and food making.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Some really high class fine dining food, with great experiences and moments to be learned from each other. I really do not mind cooking for other people I actually really enjoy it. Everyone has a purpose and a way to make people happy, mine is with every bite you take is followed with a smile nothing is better than feeling and seeing the appreciation in someone's face as they fall in love with food as I once did.

I enjoy hosting dinner and wine parties at my house with CouchSurfers while planing trios to go fishing, camping, hiking, and wine tasting in Napa and Sonoma County.
