I love meeting people from all over the world and learning peculiarities of their culture through language like expressions and words that only exist in that language; it's as if you're looking through a portal to another world. As you may have guessed, I fiercely love languages which is why I'm aiming to make a living out of it. I also love trying new foods (hello, harina pan) and discovering more music.
I get the most joy from dancing, singing, and seeing my friends and loved ones having fun and being happy. Nothing calms me more than the beach, yoga, and music.
At the moment, my favorite lecturer is Robert Sapolsky (far better than any subject my uni is teaching).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm currently living in Riga and can possibly accept couch surfers. I'm fairly new to this and have only stayed at one couch surfer's place, but the experience was amazing - he was the best host ever! I will definitely aim to live up to that standard.

I love movies that provoke your thoughts or action comedies: Baby Driver, Captain Fantastic, Moonrise Kingdom, 10 jours en or, Manchester by the Sea, Scott Pilgrim vs the World, etc.
All time favorite books: Mutant Message Down Under, The Alchemist by Coelho, The Fountainhead, Animal Farm, 1984, The Perks of Being a Wallflower.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share fun travel stories, Latvian treats, and my absolutely lovely company. I also have no problem tiding up and helping with chores for I think it's only fair. Warning: if you play music I like there is a high chance I will sing all of the lyrics so take that into consideration.
