I think that you can learn more while traveling and staying on someone's couch than staying in a hotel room. I love to meet new people and am eager to see new places.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love love love love The Avett Brothers! I travel all over the U.S. to see them in concert. I'm also a huge fan of reggae music, specifically The Marleys. And anything indie rock, especially from the 90s.

I love to read books by comedians. Comedy is my passion and hopefully my eventual career. I am currently reading "Sick in the Head" by Judd Apatow-- definitely recommend it!! Other favorites from this year are "Yes Please" by Amy Poehler and "Behind the Dolphin Smile" by Ric O'Barry (not a comedy but an amazing read!!)

I am a movie-holic. I prefer comedy movies (shocker) and independent films but will watch almost anything. Not a huge fan of movies where the dog dies (I'll tell you why if you wanna know!)
