Music, Movies, and Books

Recently, I like the song “photograph” very much. Because I feel that the music conveys a very pure love.
I love the movie “The Green Book”
I love the book “The Right Bank of the Argun River”

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I tried to buy train tickets in Thailand this year. The announcements on the train were neither in Chinese nor in English. Everyone around was Thai. We were in a city that was very far from Thailand and there were few foreigners. (Because we have to take a train for about seven hours, we need to sleep and must know where we are)However, we finally made it to Bangkok. It was such an amazing experience.

On another occasion, I took a night bus in Japan. At that time, some areas in Japan were suffering from a strong earthquake. We had booked a local hotel earlier. If we didn't leave on that day, we would face the dilemma of having nowhere to stay, because neither the departure place nor the destination could provide accommodation. The driver asked us whether to get on the bus or stay, and informed us that if we chose to get on the bus and encountered a road closure or other emergencies after two hours of driving, we might have to return by the same route. After a long consideration, we finally decided to board the bus. During the journey, our mobile phones ran out of power, and we neither knew Japanese nor were our English proficiency very good. Fortunately, we successfully arrived at our destination and even arrived ahead of schedule. That night, because there was no direct contact method, we were very anxious and worried that the bus wouldn't come. In a foreign country, this feeling of being helpless made us extremely worried. But looking back now, this is indeed a very good experience. In the unknown and uneasiness in a foreign country, I have felt different travel pleasures and self-challenges, and also appreciated different scenery and cultures.
