Ever since I studied abroad 2 years ago in Ecuador, I have had the travel bug - a burning desire to travel and see the world. I graduated from college last year, and have been working to save up money for my next trip - Europe. For the next 4 to 5 months, I will be journeying all around Europe - wandering down narrow, cobblestone streets among magnificent cathedrals, colorful buildings, and inviting plazas.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

For me, the most gratifying part of traveling is really getting to know a place - to do and see more than the typical tourist activities, to really immerse yourself in the local culture and learn about the history and traditions of the place. What better way to do that than with a local!

I like really any kind of music but after living in Ecuador I have taken a special interest in reggaeton, hehe. Favorite movies include Lord of the Rings, The Big Lebowski, Interstellar, Armageddon, and most recently, Rogue One. Favorite books include The Poisonwood Bible, All the Light We Cannot See, The Kite Runner, and To Kill A Mockingbird.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

This is a hard one - I've been fortunate enough to see so many wonderful sights, ranging from the Amazon Rainforest to the Sistine Chapel - but I'm going to have to say Machu Picchu; it was absolutely stunning and breathtaking.
