About Me
Currently getting my MSc in conservation biology at University of Kent. Interested in biodiversity, indigenous land rights, community ecology, and other biological and anthropological topics.
I'm very comfortable traveling, meeting new people, and exploring new areas. This is my first time living in England and I'm very happy to be able to explore cities and countryside here. I love to learn new things and am always game for engaged discussion about essentially any topic. I enjoy wild-crafting, hiking, plant/fungus identifying, dogs (and other animals), movies/well-made TV shows, seeing live music, cooking.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I have couchsurfed in Denmark and Colorado. When I finally get myself a real place of my own I will pay back the favor with pleasure! I have yet to have a negative experience with couchsurf. And even when I've traveled and not used couchsurf, when I meet people who are savvy with this travel mentality of exchange, I feel safe and at home. My life if a little unusual, it is a really great one so far and mainly because of the wonderful strangers I've bumped into.
